Support

At Carer Support, we know that being a Carer can be challenging. Statistics show that Carers can be prone to isolation, depression and high incidences of injury or chronic illness. This is usually because they prioritise the needs of the person they care for and put themselves last.

We believe that it’s important for Carers to take care of themselves and prioritise their own health and well being. Not only does this make your life more enjoyable, but the life of the person you care for too.

But responding to those who need you, as well as juggling work and family life, can mean there isn’t much time for you.

That’s where we come in. We want to be there for you so that you can be there for yourself. Here are a few activities we offer to help you find some life balance. Don’t forget that we can often arrange respite to enable you to attend our low cost events.
