Cut potatoes,
onions, and celery into small chunks. Place in a saucepan, cover
vegetables with water and boil for 8 minutes. While potatoes are
cooking - melt butter and add flour to make a paste, milk and bring to
boil.
Drain water from
potatoes, onions and celery and add to the milk mix. Put on low heat.
Add shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until cheese is
melted.
