Information

Are you finding it difficult to find services for yourself or the person you care for? Our Information team can help you through the maze of South Australian services and their various criteria. We listen to your individual situation and link you to appropriate services, their eligibility guidelines, advise on any assessments required and provide you with contact details. Services such as household help or meal provision are out there! Give us a call, let us help you find them.

Information for Carers

We can advise on services that assist Carers with their caring role and well being. We can also assist Carers by suggesting services that may help the person they care for.

Information for anyone

Our information service is provided by the Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre, housed within Carer Support. It exists to assist people who are frail aged, who have a disability or a chronic illness to remain living independently in their own home. This means that anyone, Carer or otherwise, can call to get advice on what services exist in the South and East metropolitan areas of Adelaide and how to contact them.

Call 1800 052 222 during business hours for help with information about community services.
